Hello A Championship Families:
In preparation for the opening ceremonies and parade we are handing out tattoos at the pool desk starting at 10:30. Swimmers can choose 6-8 and 1 "freckle stars" tattoo if they wish.
They can apply them at home before coming to the pool Friday.

Normal practice times for A Finals swimmers
Complimentary clinics will be available for A Finals swimmers in the afternoon.
The pool will be closed during the day.
Rest, visualize, conserve energy and eat well.
