    Swim Meet/Job Declarations

    June 4th

    Bullfrog Families,

    The swim meet schedule is now live in SwimTopia, and it's time to get your swimmers declared for their meets!

    Please take a few minutes this week to log in to our team website at bohbullfrogs.swimtopia.com and indicate whether your swimmer will be attending each meet. While you're there, be sure to sign up for a volunteer job as well.

    🏊 How to Declare Your Swimmer for a Meet


    1. Log in to bohbullfrogs.swimtopia.com
    2. Click Meets and Events
    3. Select the meet you'd like to declare for.
    4. Click Meet Entry (green box)
    5. Indicate whether your swimmer(s) will attend.
    6. Save your selections.

    Please repeat this process for all meets you plan to attend this season.

    ⏰ Age Group Meet Deadlines Are Coming FAST

    Several of our Age Group Championship meets have entry deadlines that occur well before the actual meet date. If your swimmer plans to attend any Age Group meets this summer, please complete those declarations ASAP. 

    The coaches can always make adjustments later if needed, but we cannot enter swimmers after the entry deadlines have passed.

    🙋 How to Sign Up for a Job


    1. Log in to bohbullfrogs.swimtopia.com
    2. Click Meets and Events
    3. Select the meet.
    4. Click the Job Sign-Up tab.
    5. Review the available positions.
    6. Select a job and save your assignment.

    Helping at the home swim meets is actually a great time. Delays the cocktail consumption slightly but that's the only downside. Its a great way to get to know more families. 

    ⏱️ Our Biggest Need: TIMERS

    If you're wondering which job to choose, please consider signing up as a timer.

    No experience is necessary. We'll show you exactly what to do, and it's one of the best volunteer positions because you're right on deck watching the action. Timing is often our largest lift requiring several folks to make the times valid, so if you've got one working thumb...see you at the timers meeting.

    The sooner families declare and volunteer, the easier it is for our coaching staff to plan relays, events, and meet operations. Thank you for helping us make the season run smoothly and for being part of what makes the Bullfrogs such a great team.
