Hello Bullfrog Families!

Here with this week’s Bullfrog Bulletin!

💦 The pool is officially OPEN, and summer at BOH has officially begun, and what a perfect weekend it was!  We started with the Parent Cocktail Party and Team Pool Party, and even with the chilly weather, the pool deck and clubhouse were packed.  Then Memorial Day showed up with lots of sunshine, pool fun, and ALL the summer vibes.  It was so great to see our BOH families back around the pool! 🇺🇸

Please take a minute to read through the notes below so your family doesn’t miss anything important.  We also encourage you to use SwimTopia as well as most of the information below can also be found there.

🏅 PONTCHARTRAIN RELAYS: FRIDAY, JUNE 12

Our first meet of the season will be Pontchartrain Relays at Detroit Golf Club on:

Friday, June 12

This meet is for 13 & Up swimmers only.

Registration for Pontch Relays has now closed. More details will be shared with participating families as we get closer to the event.

🏊 TIME TRIALS: SATURDAY, JUNE 13

Time Trials will be held on:

Saturday, June 13
Warm-Up: 4:00 PM
Start: 5:00 PM

If your swimmer has not registered for Time Trials yet, please do so in SwimTopia.

Time Trials are a great opportunity for coaches to get early-season times for meet lineups and for swimmers to try events they may not usually swim.

This is also a BOH-run meet, which means we will need parent volunteers to help everything run smoothly. Please check the volunteer sign-up in SwimTopia and sign up where you can.

Also, most families make an evening of it and stay for dinner after the meet, so we encourage you to make dining reservations in advance!

Suggested orders are included in the sign-up, and it’s always a good idea to call ahead and place your order the day before.

🐸 NEW BOH SWAG STORE COMING SOON

A new BOH Swag Store will be opening this week!

We had a small preview of some new swag at the Cocktail Party, but more is coming. Stay tuned for a separate announcement with the link and details. There will be more fun BOH spiritwear coming soon.

🛍️ TEAM ESSENTIALS STORE CLOSED

The Team Essentials Store has officially closed.  We will keep everyone posted as soon as we have an update on when items are expected to arrive.

🧺 TOWEL ORDERS CLOSED

BOH towel orders have also officially closed.  We will keep everyone posted on timing and when we expect the new towels to arrive.

🏊 PRACTICE SCHEDULE

Practices are held daily except Sundays!

After-School (M-F) Practice Schedule runs through Friday, June 12, 2026. 

13 & Up: 4:00–5:30 PM
8 & Under: 5:30–6:00 PM
9–12: 6:00–7:00 PM

Saturday Practices always follow the morning practice schedule listed below.

Morning Practice Schedule. begins Monday, June 15, 2026 and runs through the duration of the season.  Practices are held daily except Sundays, with possible modifications for meets or special events.

12 & Up: 8:30–10:30 AM
9–11: 10:30 AM–12:00 PM
8 & Under: 10:30–11:30 AM
Pre Team: 11:30 AM–12:00 PM

If you are not sure which group your swimmer should attend, please contact one of the coaches.
