Hello Bullfrog Families!

Introducing the Bullfrog Bulletin!

Our goal is to send a quick weekly update with important dates, upcoming deadlines, practice notes, meet information, social events, Finals updates, and anything else our Bullfrogs need to know.

We had a GREAT first week of Spring Tune-Up...even with the very un-summerlike weather. Thank you to all of our Bullfrogs who showed up, bundled up, and jumped in with smiles. It was so fun to see the pool deck buzzing and our swimmers back in the water!

🚨 TEAM ESSENTIALS STORE CLOSES TOMORROW, MAY 17

The Team Essentials Store closes tomorrow, May 17.

Please be sure to place any needed orders before the deadline so your swimmer is ready for the season.

🎉 SWIM TEAM POOL PARTY & PARENT COCKTAIL PARTY: MAY 22

Please join us for our annual Swim Team Pool Party & Parent Cocktail Party on:

Friday, May 22
6:30–8:00 PM

Celebrate the start of swim season with teammates, families, and friends at the pool.

Adults: $35++
- Menu to follow.
Swimmers: no charge

We will also have a vendor on site with fun BOH spiritwear available for purchase.

🧺 TOWEL ORDERS EXTENDED THROUGH MAY 23

Good news! The deadline for BOH towel orders has been extended through Friday, May 23.

If you still need to order a towel for your swimmer, please submit your order before the new deadline.

🇺🇸 POOL OPENS MAY 23 + MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND

The pool opens for the season on Saturday, May 23.

Pool Hours:
Saturday & Sunday: 12:00–8:00 PM
Tuesday–Friday: 4:00–8:00 PM

Fox Den Hours:
Saturday: 11:00 AM–6:00 PM
Sunday: 12:00–6:00 PM

Memorial Day Celebration
Monday, May 25
Event: 12:00–5:00 PM
Pool Hours: 12:00–8:00 PM

Please make sure your swimmer is registered for the 2026 BOH Swim season.

🏊 SPRING TUNE-UP PRACTICE SCHEDULE

Spring Tune-Up practices are underway, and attendance has been fantastic so far.

After-School Practice Schedule
This schedule runs Monday, May 11 through Friday, June 12, 2026. Practices are held daily except Sundays.

13 & Up: 4:00–5:30 PM
8 & Under: 5:30–6:00 PM
9–12: 6:00–7:00 PM

Saturday Practices During Preseason
Saturday practices follow the morning practice schedule listed below.

Morning Practice Schedule
This schedule begins Monday, June 15, 2026 and runs through the duration of the season. Practices are held daily except Sundays, with possible modifications for meets or special events.

12 & Up: 8:30–10:30 AM
9-11: 10:30 AM–12:00 PM
8 & Under: 10:30–11:30 AM
Pre Team: 11:30 AM–12:00 PM

If you are not sure which group your swimmer should attend, please contact one of the coaches.

🏅 MEET SIGN-UPS & CALENDAR REMINDER

Our first meet weekend is coming up in June! Pontchartrain Relays at DGC and Time Trials are the weekend of June12th, so please log onto Swimtopia to sign-up and access event details.

Warm-Up: 4:00 PM
Start: 5:00 PM

All swimmers are encouraged to attend Time Trials. This is a great opportunity for coaches to get early-season times for meet lineups and for swimmers to try events they may not usually swim.

🌊 2026 FINALS UPDATES: LEGENDS OF THE LAKE

This year’s SICSA Swim Finals will be hosted by Forest Lake Country Club with the theme: "Legends of the Lake"
