Here is an important message from Coach Mark:

Hello Everyone,

I would so love to see all of you in person to share all that this email contains; however, Alexa and Kelsey tell me I need to get it out ASAP. I’ll save all my “up to this date” successes of your children for the Banquet next month. (Tease, tease — be sure to be there!)

Instead, let me look ahead to next Friday and Saturday.

But before we jump to August 1 and 2, we need to talk about the B Meet this Sunday, July 27, at MCC. Warm-ups begin at 8:00 AM, and the meet starts at 9:00 AM.

Unlike dual meets, we are only allowed to enter three swimmers per event at the A Championships. Swimmers who typically compete in exhibition heats during dual meets may not be in that top three. Anyone not swimming in the A meet is eligible for the B meet.

Later in this message, I’ve listed the swimmers who are in the A meet.

Tomorrow at practice, we will review the actual events they are entered in. If your swimmer is not in the A meet, we need to confirm whether to enter them in the B meet. These entries are due Friday morning, so we must have decisions by Thursday evening.

While we encourage participation in the B Championship Meet, it’s equally important to know who will and will not attend.

One final request: Please keep event assignments within the BOH Swimming family until entries are officially submitted Monday afternoon.

Attached is the meet packet for this year’s B Finals: "Stars, Stripes, and Champion Sights" to be held at Meadowbrook.

Meadowbrook does a fantastic job hosting this meet, and it's a wonderful opportunity to recognize and celebrate all of our swimmers. As Coach Mark said above please let our coaches know as soon as possible if your swimmer will be swimming in the B meet (anyone not swimming in the A Meet is eligible for the B Meet).
