Here's the information for both A and B swimmers for next week please note A Championship BOH practice at PLCC on Tuesday 2-3:30 (details below):

CHAMPIONSHIP WEEK 2024

MONDAY

• Normal practice times for A Finals swimmers
• SICSA Coach’s seed meeting

TUESDAY

• Breakfast of Champions - Coaches will make pancakes for swimmers
  • 11 & Unders will eat at 10:00 and will practice afterward
  • 12 & Ups will eat at 10:30, after practice
• 2:00-3:30 Practice at PLCC
  • 10 & Under swimmers come from 2:00-2:30
  • 11-13 aged swimmers come from 2:15-3:00
  • 14-17 aged swimmers come from 2:45-3:30
• Complimentary clinics will be available for A Finals swimmers in the afternoon.
  • Sign Ups will be available online
• No A Finals swimmers at the pool during the day except for complementary clinics
  • Rest, visualize, conserve energy and eat well

WEDNESDAY

• Normal practice times for A Finals swimmers
• Complimentary clinics will be available for A Finals swimmers in the afternoon
  • Sign Ups will be available online
• No A Finals swimmers at the pool during the day except for complementary clinics
  • Rest, visualize, conserve energy and eat well
• 5:00 Fire Up Dinner & Paper Plate Awards for ALL BOH SWIMMERS & FAMILIES
• 7:30 A Finals swimmers should leave and go to bed!

THURSDAY

• Normal practice times for A Finals swimmers
• Complimentary clinics will be available for A Finals swimmers in the afternoon.
  • Sign Ups will be available online
• Parents can meet at BOH parking lot to use window markers to decorate cars!
• No A Finals swimmers at the pool during the day except for complementary clinics.
  • Rest, visualize, conserve energy and eat well

FRIDAY

• 8:15am Meet at BOH
• 8:45am Bus leaves from BOH
• 9:30am General warm up at PLCC
• 10:15am Team warm up at PLCC (Lane 5)
• 11:15am Clear the pool
• 11:30am Opening Ceremonies
• 12:00pm Meet begins - this meet should wrap up by 5:00pm

SATURDAY

• 8:30 Swimmers should arrive at PLCC
• 8:45 General warm up at PLCC
• 9:30 Team warm up at PLCC (Lane 5)
• 10:30 Clear the pool
• 10:30 Senior Recognition - all swimmers on the deck to cheer for our seniors!
• 11:00 Meet begins
• 7:00 Championship Dinner begins
