An important message from Coach: After School Swim Practice is delayed!

The pool motor stopped working. The Board of Directors quickly approved the purchase of a new motor. That new motor is on its way from California. It is scheduled to get to our pool servicing company mid week next week. It will take a half day to install. 

Once we are operational it will take additional time to balance the pool chemically, filter the water to regain water clarity, and to heat the water. This motor is what is used to circulate the water through the filters, heater, and chlorinator.

Unfortunately we will not be able to start swim practices on Monday, May 13th. While we do not know exactly when we will be “swim ready,”. we are hoping to start swimming Saturday, May 18th. 

We will keep this group informed of the timeline once the pump arrives.
