BOH Swim Families,

The coaches would like to add an event to your empty calendar/schedule! We are asking all swimmers that qualify for Saturday's Championship Finals to the BOH pool Friday evening after the prelims are completed. This would include relay participants and individual event swimmers. The timing will be determined when the prelims are finished. Coach Alexa and coach Mark will be at BCC for about 90 minutes after the prelims. Once we have official results from the prelims we will finalize our relay entries, submit them to the meet manager, and send them to this same BOH email group. 

The objective of this Friday session is to help our Championship Finals swimmers to their best possible swims on the second day of the meet - Saturday. It will include some visualization, relay exchanges, starts, turns, finishes, and some stroke techniques. 

We want to make sure we do not interfere with swimmers being home and resting that evening so it will begin as soon as possible and will finish in 30 to 60 minutes depending on their age group. 

Since Coach Lara and coach Ava do not have to stick around BCC after prelims they can meet with our 8 & under swimmers quickly after prelims finish. The 9 and olders will be a little later and will meet together at the same time. In the past some of our older swimmers have gotten together for a Friday dinner between prelims and being home resting. We are suggesting, if they want to continue that tradition, that they do it right after prelims so they are ready to meet when that time is announced.
