Although practices are complete for non-A Championship swimmers, there are still a few events left that all swim team members are encouraged to attend:

• Clinics are limited to 2 slots per swimmer throughout the whole week
• Clinics are limited to swimmers attending A finals
• Clinics are limited to swimmers ages 9-18 (separate clinics will be held for 8 and unders form 11:30-12:00)

Yard Signs:

A and B Finals Yard Signs are available for pickup in the towel room inside the pool house. Please don't forget to grab a metal stake for your sign!

Volunteers are needed:

Thanks to those who signed up for timing at prelims and finals as well as those who signed up to make goodie bags as well. We are still looking for the following:

• We need 2 volunteers to bring tape, string, scissors and the bus banners to hang in our part of the tent at BCC (Friday AM before the kids' bus gets there)
• We need 2-4 volunteers to procure decorations and decorate the BOH locker room (think paper streamers etc) (Thursday evening)
• We need 2-4 volunteers to bring banner paper and markers to make bus banners for our kids (Anytime this week, but someone will need to tape the banner on the bus Friday AM as well)
• 1-2 Volunteers needed to bring 2 large trash bags and bag up goggles caps tech suits towels left by BOH swimmers after prelims (Friday PM after the freestyle events so if you have a freestyler please consider helping out)
• 1-2 Volunteers needed to bring large trash bags and bag up goggles caps tech suits towels left by BOH swimmers after finals (Saturday PM if you have a freestyler please consider helping out)

A Championships Update:

~ Here is the REGISTRATION LINK for the Big 6 Celebration (Saturday night party), pre-paid "Campus Cash”, and drink tickets.

Reservations and orders will be due MONDAY, July 31st at 12:00pm. Per BCC register even if you have a sponsorship that includes dinner, they need it for head count purposes

~ The Meet Packet is enclosed, please read carefully

~ The seed meeting will be held at BCC on MONDAY, July 31^st at 12pm for coaches.

~ The visiting practice schedule for teams on TUESDAY August 1^st is as follows:

BOH - 1:00 - 2:30

Team t-shirts, credentials and parking passes for Sponsors, Directors, and coaches will be brought back to BOH on Tuesday afternoon.
