~ Here is the REGISTRATION LINK for the Big 6 Celebration (Saturday night party), pre-paid "Campus Cash”, and drink tickets. 

Reservations and orders will be due MONDAY, July 31st at 12:00pm.

~ The Meet Packet is enclosed, please read carefully

~ The seed meeting will be held at BCC on MONDAY, July 31^st at 12pm for coaches.

~ The visiting practice schedule for teams on TUESDAY August 1^st is as follows:

BOH - 1:00 - 2:30

Team t-shirts, credentials and parking passes for Sponsors, Directors, and coaches will be brought back to BOH on Tuesday afternoon.

We will need some volunteers to help with Parade costumes, goodie bags, A finals tent clean up etc. Please sign up under the jobs tab for the A Prelims and A Finals meets.

We also need a few people to help sort team t-shirts either Tuesday afternoon or Wednesday AM during practice, please respond to this email if you can help with that.
