Hope everyone had a great 4th of July.

We have Dive In Movie coming up this Friday. It is a fun family night and a Bullfrogs tradition.

We also have the Lisa Ferris Memorial Swim Event coming up on Monday at regular practice times. There will be a separate communication with more details to come but we encourage you to check out the webpage for more information about this SICSA wide event.

Our next meet is versus BCC on Sunday. We will be hosting BCC at BOH. Warm Up and the meet start an hour earlier on Sundays. The menu will be forthcoming.

Signup Instructions for Swims and Jobs at Meets

How to Register for Jobs and Swims at a Meet:

• Log in to the website. Login is found in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
• If you can’t remember your password, click "Forgot your password" to reset your password.
• Under the Meets & Events tab, select "Signup Calendar" to sign up for a swim meet.

Job Signup

• Click the green JOB SIGNUPtab and sign up for volunteer shifts (note one parent may sign up several parents for jobs -- scroll down and you’ll see the other parents listed). If you know you will not be at this meet, skip to Swimmer Signup.
• Click Save Assignments.
• Click Back to Signup Calendar.
• It is your responsibility to find a substitute should you be unable to fulfill your volunteer slot.

Please declare attendance plans for the meet:

• Click the green MEET ENTRY tab, and then click the green Edit tab under your athletes' names.
• For each of your athletes, select an option from the drop down list next to their names.
