Dear 11 and 12 yo Families: We are excited to announce that your 11 & 12 swimmers are invited to compete in the 13th annual Firecracker Mini Meet at Plum Hollow Country Club! Entries: Eligible swimmers must be 11 or 12 years old on or before May 30, 2023. The entry fee is $50 per swimmer which includes an official Firecracker meet T-shirt and a ticket for dinner which will be chitted. Entries are due June 8th by 12pm.

Signup Instructions for Swims and Jobs at Meets

How to Register for Swims and Jobs at a Meet:

• Log in to the website. Login is found in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
• If you can’t remember your password, click "Forgot your password" to reset your password.
• Under the Meets & Events tab, select "Signup Calendar" to sign up for a swim meet.

Swimmer Signup

Please declare attendance plans for the meet:

• Click the green MEET ENTRY tab, and then click the green Edit tab under your athletes' names.
• For each of your athletes, select an option from the drop down list next to their names.
  • (undeclared)
  • Attending
  • Not Attending

• Click Save to record your choices.

Job Signup

• Click the green JOB SIGNUP tab and sign up for volunteer shifts (note one parent may sign up several parents for jobs -- scroll down and you’ll see the other parents listed). If you know you will not be at this meet, skip to Swimmer Signup.
• Click Save Assignments.
• Click Back to Signup Calendar.
• It is your responsibility to find a substitute should you be unable to fulfill your volunteer slot.
